Description

The FCC African American Graduation Celebration 2016 is a celebration for African American students to commemorate their success in graduating, transferring and/or completing a degree/certificate. This event is a pre-commencement ceremony that recognizes and celebrates their achievement and success in overcoming the additional challenges and difficulties they faced as African American students.

All graduates are encouraged to bring their amily, friends and neighbors to celebrate with them. No ticket is needed for the graduation. Parking is free on campus for that day; guests are encouraged to park in either of these three lots: Lot K (off Weldon), Lot B (off Van Ness) or Lot C (off McKinley).

RECEPTION: Sat., May 14, 2016 at 2:00 pm, Old Administration Builiding, East Courtyard (will immediately follow the graduation celebration)

Each member of the graduate's family, friends and neighbors must present a ticket to enter the reception held in the East Courtyard of the Old Administration Building at Fresno City College. There are a limited number of tickets available for the reception, so please reserve your tickets early!
